The world we live in is not always a safe place. There is evil that walks the face of human kind. There are those among us that value human life and would take any and all measures available to protect and defend the lives of our loved ones. We will not sit by idly if the need arises to save our loved ones from harm by another person or any other predicament of danger.

We realize that there are those too who would sit by and by virtue of not taking a position of self defense choose to become victims of crime. Some people choose not to be victims. It seems to be a clear cut choice.

Some want to disarm every law abiding citizen so that we could all become victims equally. The right to basic survival is the most supreme of all characteristics of all forms of life. Why would any rational thinking human being want to deny anyone the right to save their life or that of a loved one? If you choose to be a victim, that is definitely your choice, however, some folks love their families much more and are willing to do what it takes to ensure their safety. The battle line has been carved into the stone. If you would want to disarm us, then you would want us to all become slaves to criminals and tyrants. This is not an acceptable choice to some of us. I say to each their own. If the lives of you and your loved ones does not mean enough to you to learn how to protect them. The please, by all means continue to live in your la la land of denial. Leave the rest of us the means to face the reality of life and take whatever steps we feel necessary to preserve life.

If you really loved your children you would teach them that there is evil in the world and how to protect them against it.
